There is a 20-minute grace period. Anything beyond 20 minutes will result in cancellation.

24 hour notice is required for cancellations. If you fail to give 24-hour notice, then you may not be able to book with MoShotzByMJ in the future.

The Photographer will have images returned to Client within 2-4 weeks of the shoot, if not earlier or discussed with the Client prior to the photoshoot. If Photographer expects delays, she will communicate the same with Client.
The remaining balance (Final Invoice) must be paid in full before any images, videos, or deliverables are released.

Mileage Reimbursement required for travel over 20 miles.
- Charge is $0.60/per miles.
If extensive travel is required, all necessities must be paid for/reimbursed. Flights, hotel, transportation must be paid for.

If you book for a highlight tape and play poorly or do not receive playing time, MoShotzByMJ is NOT at fault and no refund will be given.
In the event of an injury during the first half of the game, 50% refund will be given.

Client assumes full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of any minors or individuals they bring to the session. Client understands that participation may involve natural risks (including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather conditions, crowded public spaces, studio equipment, lighting stands, and props). Client agrees that the Photographer shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any injury, illness, or property loss, as required by law.

The Photographer is not responsible for uncooperative individuals, including but not limited to models, children, family members, or any participants who do not follow direction, refuse to pose, cry, become distracted, or otherwise fail to engage in the session.

No reshoots, refunds, or discounts will be offered due to a lack of cooperation, behavior issues, unpreparedness, tardiness, or the unwillingness of any participant to participate fully.
The Client understands that the quality of results is directly affected by the cooperation of all individuals involved. The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to encourage participation and capture the best possible images, but final outcomes are not guaranteed when cooperation is limited or not provided.

Client agrees to be fully responsible for any damage caused to the studio or any area the photoshoot is taking place, its equipment, furniture, props, backdrops, or any property within the rented space during the session.
This includes damage caused by the Client, their children, family members, guests, models, or anyone the Client brings to the session.

Client agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs charged by the studio, as well as any additional fees, penalties, or expenses resulting from the damage.
The Photographer is not liable for any damages caused by the Client or their party and may invoice the Client for any charges billed to the Photographer by the studio.Client agrees to be fully responsible for any damage caused to the studio or any area the photoshoot is taking place, its equipment, furniture, props, backdrops, etc.
