Policies

Deposit:

Non-refundable deposit of 25% of total due to hold booking.

Grace Period:

There is a 20-minute grace period. Anything beyond 20 minutes will result in cancellation.

Cancellation Notice:

24 hour notice is required for cancellations. If you fail to give 24-hour notice, then you may not be able to book with MoShotzByMJ in the future.

Editing Time:

Edits take up to two weeks to complete. MJ will notify you if more time is needed.
Expedited Editing available, same to next day turn around:
- Small bookings: +$50
- Events: +$100

Travel:

Mileage Reimbursement required for travel over 20 miles.
- Charge is $0.60/per miles.
If extensive travel is required, all necessities must be paid for/reimbursed. Flights, hotel, transportation must be paid for.

Sports Bookings

If you book for a highlight tape and play poorly or do not receive playing time, MoShotzByMJ is NOT at fault and no refund will be given.
In the event of an injury during the first half of the game, 50% refund will be given.
